2025 Competition Cheer

 

Welcome to the 2025 Crusaders Competition Cheer. We are so EXCITED for the 2025 Competition Season! 
Along with the Bert Bell Competition, we are working on participating in at least two more local competitions.
This season, there will be a $100 fee to participate in our competition program and you must register online through our website chicrusadersaa.com

 

Competition season runs from August through December.

 

The fee includes: Competition bow, competition sneakers, uniforms, new music and competition fees.

 

Q- Who is Eligible to Compete?

A- Any cheerleader ages 5 and up who is doing our field cheer program. F
ield cheer is a prerequisite and your child can not miss more than 3 games or they become ineligible.

 

Q- When, Where & Time for Practices?

A- Practices are TBD, but will be two nights a week Monday-Thursday 6:30-8:00pm.

 

Q- When Do Practices Start?

A- Practices will start the week of August 4, 2025 at Chichester Middle School Field from 6-8pm.

 

PRACTICES FOR COMPETITION

 

It is imperative that cheerleaders attend practice. Not only does it prevent your cheerleader from learning,
but it prevents the rest of the team from learning!! Chichester Crusaders promote teamwork and commitment throughout the season.

 

* Hair must be pulled back in a ponytailor if hair is too short, then half up half down.
 

* NO jewelry of any kind!!
 

* Appropriate clothing and competition sneakers must be worn

Cheerleaders will change into competition sneakers once they enter the gym.

(Competition sneakers SHOULD NEVER BE WORN OUTSIDE!!)
 

* Water ONLY in a SPILL PROOF bottle.
 

* NO FOOD OR SNACKS ALLOWED!
 

* Parents are NOT allowed in the gym during any practices.

 

Practices should take priority over all other activities.
If you are sick, you must inform a coach as soon as possible.

 

You are allowed ONLY 3 absences from competition practices
birthday parties, other activities and/or social events, etc. are NOT excusable absences.

 

An excused absence is PREP or religious holiday, a long termed illness, or injury.
If your child has an injury, we ask that they still attend practice so they don’t miss out on anything.
 

Cheerleaders are allowed 3 missed games in order to still be eligible for competition.
If you miss more than 3 games, you will not be eligible to compete.

 

Bullying of any form will NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in immediate expulsion from the team!

 

* Our first competition will be the Bert Bell Competition on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Ridley High School. *

Other competitions will follow at later dates once confirmed.
